In the conext of a mandate by the Federal Office for Spatial Development (Swiss Government), I develop long-term economic projections of the Swiss economy by sector and by region up to 2060. Some of these economic variables will be directly used in the Energy Outlook as well as in the Transport Outlook.

At KPMG Switzerland, I advised Partners at KPMG UK to invest in modelling capability related to climate change resulting in leading the development and implementation of a global 141-region model integrating climate and economic scenarios to support clients in aligning with the Paris Agreement goals (TCFD).

Dans le cadre d'une analyse économique relative au développement de projets immobiliers majeurs dans le centre de la ville de Genève, j'ai développé un modèle d'entrée-sortie interrégional suisse afin de calculer les impacts sur l'économie genevoise en termes d'emploi, de valeur ajoutée et d'impôt.

In collaboration with my colleagues, we developed a strategy to secure a AUD100 million grant for the HESC pilot project between Australia and Japan. My role was to estimate the impact on job creation in Latrobe Valley. The pilot project was completed in February 2022 and is progressing towards the commercial phase.

As part of a large study on climate change adaptation at the World Bank, we developed an optimal growth model for climate resilient investment planning in Samoa. In addition, the study applies a cost-benefit test to assess the appropriate timing of adaptation projects identified in the National Adaptation Program of Action.

Sur la base de mon modèle SwissAG développé pendant ma thèse de doctorat, j'ai été mandaté par le SECO afin d'analyser les effets sur l'économie suisse de la libéralisation du secteur agroalimentaire avec l'UE. Les impacts positifs globaux ont permis de soutenir les négociations de l'accord au niveau du Parlement.
